Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Arrived quite late in the evening and headed directly to the Essence Restaurant for the buffet dinner. Staffs were welcoming and gave excellent service. Excellent Room and staffs. Service rendered was awesome. Comfy bed and pillows. Nothing to fault for the room and 99% of its amenities. Towels, bedding, robes all felt luxurious. Room had a view of the KL Tower which was beautiful to look at, especially at night with the changing colours. Enjoyed the pastries during breakfast!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The room was an absolute delight. The service was prompt, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and the food itself was absolutely delicious. Whether it was a quick snack or a full meal, the in-room dining service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience in Kuala Lumpur

Bell boy & Reception: Being welcome by very friendly staff fr entrance until receptionist. Though is festive season but luckily the time when we check in is less people. Check ou time is consider ok too. Hotel environment: very nice interior lookup when we have some walk, long time did not enjoy looking on with less crowded time Room : spacious and clean room, in addition good view from room that we can see KL Tower there. Didn't expected having clean and well maintained bathroom in this hotel (have bath tub which kid like most) Breakfast: Alot of choices and at least there will have 1 cuisine for each style (indian, chinese, western, malay). I like they have soooo many dessert selection and have teh tarik (my favorite)

Our stay in KL was amazing - the hotel is really good and it has everything you need during your holiday. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and the bar to relax in the afternoon. The breakfast is amazing with incredible choices - we tried everything during our stay and all the food is delicious. The staff is nice and always willing to help. The room was really comfortable and a very decent size. We also used the spa and it is good value for money.
